Cheesy Baked Beef Rigatoni
A baked, cheesy version of beef rigatoni for an extra indulgent meal!
Ingredients:
1 lb beef chuck, cubed
12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Cook rigatoni pasta, drain, and set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil, add beef, and cook until browned.
Add onion, garlic, and marinara sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix beef sauce with pasta and pour into a baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
