2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
225g salted butter (room temp)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp culinary lavender
1 large egg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets.
2. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder.
3. Cream butter, sugar, zest, and lavender. Add egg.
4. Combine with flour mix.
5. Scoop dough, flatten, bake 12-15 min.
