200g dark baking chocolate
70g butter
50g all-purpose flour
60g sugar
4 eggs
Directions:
1. Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
3. Blend in the chocolate mixture.
4. Gently fold in flour. Chill for 10 minutes.
5. Pour batter into buttered, parchment-lined molds.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.
