2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
12 oz pasta (rotini or fusilli)
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook pasta as per instructions; set aside.
3. Steam broccoli until tender.
4. Make a cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, and slowly adding milk until thickened. Add cheeses, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix all ingredients, transfer to baking dish, and bake for 20-25 mins.
6. Garnish and serve.
