Recipes:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberry sauce, honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well and let it simmer for 5
minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Pour the cranberry glaze over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let it cook for another minute, allowing the sauce to caramelize slightly.
Remove from heat, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp, and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately with rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad.
