Recipes:

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large ball burrata cheese
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
Toasted baguette slices or crackers for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20
minutes until soft and caramelized.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, dried oregano, and shredded mozzarella until smooth.
Transfer the cheese mixture to a small oven-safe dish and spread evenly.
Top with roasted tomatoes and bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly.
Remove from the oven, place the burrata in the center, and gently break it open.
Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve warm with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
