Easy Chocolate Tiramisu
Love Tiramisu? This easy twist takes the classic to new heights with layers of creamy chocolate ganache, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and luscious mascarpone cream. Perfect for chocoholics, this no-bake dessert is ready with just 20 minutes of prep. A luxurious treat that impresses every time!
Chocolate Ganache:
¾ cup heavy cream
160g dark or semi-sweet chocolate
Mascarpone Cream:
2½ cups chilled heavy whipping cream
½ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla
8–12 oz mascarpone cheese (slightly cooler than room temp)
Assembly:
~30-35 ladyfingers
1½ cups espresso (room temp)
1 tbsp cocoa powder + extra for dusting
Directions:
1. Prepare ganache by heating cream and pouring over chocolate. Stir until smooth.
2. Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla; fold in mascarpone gently.
3. Dip ladyfingers in coffee mixture; layer with mascarpone and ganache in a 9×9″ dish.
4. Repeat layers and chill for 4+ hours. Dust with cocoa before serving.
