1 pre-made flatbread or naan
4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
For Garnish (Optional):
Extra honey drizzle
Fresh arugula
Sea salt flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the flatbread on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the flatbread, then top with slices of Brie.
Sprinkle chopped pistachios and fresh thyme over the top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Add optional garnishes like fresh arugula or sea salt flakes.
