Recipes:

For the Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sriracha (optional for extra heat)
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Bok Choy Stir-Fry:
3 cups baby bok choy, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Add the sliced chicken and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and
set aside.
In the same pan, heat another tablespoon of olive oil. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the chopped bok choy, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is tender but still crisp.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan, tossing everything together for another minute.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
