10 oz dry cavatappi or pasta of choice
12 oz bacon
6 oz fresh spinach
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta and bacon, then add spinach to the bacon pan to wilt.
