They say the way to someone’s heart is through their stomach, and this Marry Me Salmon might just be the recipe to prove it! Inspired by the popular Marry Me Chicken, this seafood twist offers tender salmon fillets cooked in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce. Perfect for date nights or an impressive dinner party, this dish is easy to make yet fancy enough to feel special. You’ll have it ready in just 40 minutes, but it’ll taste like you’ve been in the kitchen all day!

3–4 salmon fillets, skin removed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil

Directions:
1. Season salmon with half of the seasoning mix.
2. Sear salmon in olive oil, 5 mins per side.
3. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, then add stock to deglaze.
4. Add cream, Parmesan, and remaining seasoning, simmer until thick.
5. Return salmon to skillet, cook 3-5 mins.
6. Garnish with basil. Enjoy!
