2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp crushed chilies
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter, divided
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp ground fennel
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup milk or buttermilk
1 cup basmati rice
