1 ½ lb salmon, skin removed & cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup honey
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp chopped chives
Directions:
1. Pat dry salmon cubes & season with spices. Add oil and massage.
2. Pan-sear for 4-5 mins, until crispy. Set aside.
3. In the skillet, sauté garlic & ginger, add soy, vinegar & honey. Simmer till thick.
4. Add salmon back in, coat with sauce & serve.
