Coconut Custard Pie

This Coconut Custard Pie is a creamy, tropical twist on the classic custard dessert. 1 ½ cups white sugar
½ cup butter
2 large eggs
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup flaked coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 tbsp flaked coconut for topping

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream sugar, butter, and eggs.
3. Blend in flour, add milk, coconut, and vanilla.
4. Pour filling into pie crust, top with coconut.
5. Bake for 40-50 mins. Cool slightly, serve warm or cold.
