250g pasta of choice
200g halloumi cheese, sliced
2 tbsp hot honey
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Reserved pasta water
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and pan-fry halloumi slices until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes until softened. Add hot honey and chili flakes.
4. Mix in cooked pasta, adding reserved water gradually to create a creamy sauce.
5. Toss in halloumi, season with salt and pepper, and serve!
