Crockpot Philly Cheesesteaks

Ingredients

2 lbs beef chuck roast (thinly sliced or shredded)
1 large onion (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hoagie rolls (toasted)
8 slices provolone cheese (or cheese of choice)
Directions

Place the sliced beef in the crockpot.
Add garlic, onion, green and red bell peppers on top.
Mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then pour over the beef.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
Toast the hoagie rolls if desired.
Layer provolone cheese on the rolls and top with the shredded beef and veggies.
Serve hot with fries or chips on the side!
