Grilled Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
300g penne pasta
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and slice into strips.
Cook the Pasta
Boil the penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently for 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine & Serve
Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated. Plate the pasta and top with grilled chicken slices.
Garnish & Enjoy
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
