Cheesy Beef Nachos
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 bag of tortilla chips
1 can black beans
(drained and rinsed)
1 can diced tomatoes
(drained)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
Jalapeño slices (optional)
Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
Prepare the Nachos: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). On a baking sheet, spread out a layer of tortilla chips.
Assemble the Nachos: Spoon the beef mixture over the chips, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Top with sour cream, jalapeño slices, and fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
