4 large eggs, scrambled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Assemble the Filling: Sprinkle half of the cheese onto the dough. Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and diced bell pepper around the ring. Top with the remaining cheese.
Fold and Bake: Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck them under the ring. Brush the dough with melted butter. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
