Ingredients

8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raspberry or cherry preserves (or your favorite flavor)

10 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Optional Garnish:
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Egg Rolls:
Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake filling and 1 teaspoon of preserves near the bottom corner.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
Fry the Egg Rolls:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
