1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:
Prepare the Custard:
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Assemble the French Toast:
Lightly butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
