1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
