Ingredients:
1 lb mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Sweet chili sauce (for dipping)
Instructions:
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure everything is well combined.
In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a separate mixing bowl.
