Shrimp and Steak Teriyaki Noodles

Ingredients

8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz steak, sliced into bite-sized pieces
12 oz noodles (lo mein or spaghetti)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
For the Teriyaki Sauce:

½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Directions

Cook the Noodles:

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Heat in a pan until simmering. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Set aside.
Cook the Steak:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Cook the Shrimp:

Add the remaining oil to the skillet. Sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through (about 2 minutes per side).
Combine Everything:

Add cooked noodles, steak, and teriyaki sauce to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
Serve:

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
