Copycat Crunchwrap Supreme Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
6 large flour tortillas
6 small tostada shells (or crunchy tortilla chips)
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
Cooking spray or a bit of oil for the pan
Instructions:
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and follow the packet instructions.
Assemble the Crunchwrap:
Lay a large tortilla on a flat surface.
Spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
Add a scoop of the seasoned beef on top.
Place a tostada shell over the beef.
Spread sour cream over the tostada.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and jalapeños (if using).
Fold the Wrap:
Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over the center, creating pleats to seal it.
If the tortilla doesn’t fully close, place a small piece of tortilla on top to seal the gap.
Grill the Crunchwrap:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or a little oil.
Place the Crunchwrap seam-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve:
Slice in half and enjoy with extra sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
