Golden-Brown Fried Cheese Bites
Ingredients
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1½ cups breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Vegetable oil, for frying

Prep the Cheese:
Pat the cheese cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
