Cheesy Baked Oysters
A rich, decadent appetizer featuring fresh oysters baked to perfection under a golden, bubbly cheese crust! Perfect for seafood lovers and special occasions!
Ingredients
12 fresh oysters, shucked
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup heavy cream
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp parsley, chopped (for garnish)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange shucked oysters on a baking tray.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, heavy cream, black pepper, and paprika.
Assemble & Bake
Drizzle a spoonful of garlic butter sauce over each oyster.
Sprinkle mozzarella & Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly & golden.
Garnish & Serve
Drizzle with lemon juice & sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
