Description

Steak and Shrimp with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients:
2 steaks (your choice of cut, such as filet mignon or ribeye)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon butter

8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:

Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook to your desired level of doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set them aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Dish:

Place the steaks on plates and top each with shrimp. Spoon the creamy sauce over the top.
Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
Serve:

Enjoy this indulgent dish with sides like mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad.
This Steak and Shrimp with Creamy Sauce is perfect for special occasions or any time you’re craving a gourmet meal. The creamy sauce elevates the rich flavors of the steak and shrimp, making it a truly decadent experience.
