Ingredients

For the Patties:

500g ground beef (80/20 fat ratio)

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Toppings:

4 slices of cheddar cheese

6 slices of crispy bacon

8-10 pickle slices

For the Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the Bun:

2 brioche burger buns, toasted
Instructions
:
Prepare the Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
Cook the Bacon:

Fry bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Place them on paper towels to drain excess grease.
Make the Burger Patties:

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into thin patties.
Season each patty with salt and black pepper.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble the Burger:

Spread a layer of the sauce on the bottom bun.
Place a patty with melted cheese, followed by crispy bacon slices and pickles.
Add another patty, bacon, and pickles for a double-stack effect.
Spread more sauce on the top bun and close the burger.
