Cheesy Shrimp Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
300g pasta (penne or rigatoni)

300g large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves (minced)

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the cheese sauce: In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add half the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Combine and bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix the cooked pasta and shrimp with the cheese sauce. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses evenly over the top.

Bake to perfection: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy this cheesy, hearty delight!
