Ingredients
For the Pizza Dough:
2 1/4 tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C)
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
For the Cheese Topping:
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Pizza Dough
In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead until smooth.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Preheat & Shape the Dough
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer to a pizza pan.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
Mix melted butter with minced garlic, oregano, basil, and salt.
Brush generously over the pizza dough.
Add the Cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan evenly over the dough.
Add black pepper for extra flavor.
Bake & Serve
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
