Steak Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

For the Steak:

2 sirloin or ribeye steaks

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
For the Pasta:

200g fettuccine or your favorite pasta

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Steak

Pat the steaks dry and season generously with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for your preferred doneness).
Add butter to the skillet and baste the steaks for extra flavor. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Make the Alfredo Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Dish

Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated. Plate the pasta and top with sliced steak.
Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
This rich and indulgent dish is perfect for a date night or special dinner!
Enjoy your creamy, steak-topped pasta masterpiece!
