Mushroom Swiss Burger

Ingredients:
For the Burger Patties:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 ratio for juiciness)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of Swiss cheese

For the Mushroom Topping:

1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Bun:

2 soft hamburger buns

Instructions:
Prepare the Patties:

Form the ground beef into two patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover the grill to melt the cheese.
Cook the Mushrooms:

While the patties are cooking, heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
