Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen French fries
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the frozen French fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.

While the fries are baking, cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until it is crispy. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before crumbling it into small pieces.
