Creamy Cheesy Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
2 large tortillas
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup sour cream
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated and creamy.
Assemble the Wraps:

Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese in the center. Add half of the creamy chicken mixture on top of the cheese. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla.
Toast the Wraps:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
Serve and Garnish:

Slice the wraps in half and serve warm. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
