Cheesy Baked Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz penne pasta or your favorite pasta
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Add garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper, and mix until everything is evenly combined.
Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden, slightly crispy top.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
