Creamy Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
For the Salmon and Shrimp:

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

8-10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

12 oz fettuccine pasta

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Salmon and Shrimp:

Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon, skin-side down, for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes until golden and flaky. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Set aside.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, if desired.
Combine:

Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Assemble and Serve:

Plate the pasta and top with the seared salmon and shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan, if desired.
