Cheesy Jalapeño Garlic Bread Bites

Recipes:

8 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 ball burrata cheese, torn into pieces
Directions:
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water.
While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they
start to soften and burst.
Add balsamic vinegar and honey to the pan, stirring to coat the tomatoes. Let the mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little reserved pasta cooking water to loosen it up. Season
with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil.
Serve the pasta topped with torn burrata pieces, garnishing with more fresh basil if desired.
