Recipes:
1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 (4 oz) burrata ball, torn into pieces
1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper
flakes. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with torn burrata pieces. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes until the burrata is slightly melted.
Serve warm with crispy toasted baguette slices.
