Ingredients:
1 block mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten

1/4 tsp salt
Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions:
Prep the Cheese:
Cut the mozzarella into bite-sized cubes. Place them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm up (this prevents melting during frying).
Prepare the Coating Stations:
Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
