1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Combine all meatball ingredients.
2. Form into 20-24 meatballs.
3. Cook in skillet or bake at 400°F for 15-20 mins.
