Grilled Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of bacon, cooked crispy
2 slices of Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
1 avocado, sliced
2 brioche buns
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Lettuce, tomato, or any other toppings of choice
Directions

Marinate the chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Grill the chicken: Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F).
Melt the cheese: In the last 2 minutes of grilling, place a slice of cheese on each chicken breast and let it melt.
Assemble the sandwich: Toast the brioche buns, then layer with the grilled chicken, bacon, avocado slices, and any optional toppings.
Serve and enjoy: Pair with crispy roasted potatoes or your favorite side dish!
