Ingredients
6 cups fresh baby spinach
1 cup strawberries (sliced)
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pecans (toasted)
1/4 cup goat cheese (crumbled)
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Assemble the salad: In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, sliced strawberries, blueberries, toasted pecans, and crumbled goat cheese.
