Crustless Ham and Cheese Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
Egg Mixture:
6 large eggs
1 cup milk (whole, 2%, or half-and-half for extra richness)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Filling:
1 cup diced ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Swiss/Gruyère)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions or parsley (optional)
1/2 cup chopped cooked vegetables (e.g., spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers) – optional
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or a similar baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Prepare the Filling:
Evenly distribute the diced ham and shredded cheese across the bottom of the greased dish. If using vegetables, add them now.

Assemble the Quiche:
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham, cheese, and any additional fillings in the dish.
Bake:
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on top. A knife inserted into the middle should come out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the quiche to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
