Baked Feta with Cherry Tomatoes & Olives
Ingredients
1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup mixed olives (black and green)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Fresh basil for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the feta block in the center of a small baking dish. Arrange cherry tomatoes and olives around it.
Drizzle olive oil over the feta, tomatoes, and olives. Sprinkle with garlic, oregano, and chili flakes (if using).
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is softened.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm with crackers, bread, or as a side dish.
