Cheesy Bacon Beef Dip
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (e.g., Rotel)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Tortilla chips or crackers (for serving)
Directions
Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add Tomatoes & Spices: Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Melt the Cheese: Lower the heat and add the cream cheese. Stir until fully melted and combined. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
Add Bacon: Stir in the crumbled bacon, reserving some for garnish.
Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with extra bacon, and serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
