Cheesy Spinach-Stuffed Bagels

Ingredients

4 plain bagels (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds (for topping)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Spinach Filling:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add chopped spinach, cooking until wilted (2-3 minutes). Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and mix with cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the Bagels:

Slice the top of each bagel off and carefully hollow out a small section in the center to make room for the filling.
Stuff the Bagels:

Spoon the spinach and cheese mixture evenly into the hollowed-out sections of each bagel.
Add the Topping:

Brush the edges of the bagels with beaten egg and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Bake:

Place the stuffed bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
