Ingredients

6 egg roll wrappers
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2-3 fresh jalapeños (seeds removed and finely diced)
1 green onion (chopped)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
Oil for frying
Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, bacon, diced jalapeños, green onion, and garlic powder until combined.
Assemble the Eggrolls:

Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the filling to the center.
Fold in the sides, then roll it tightly like a burrito. Use the beaten egg to seal the edges.
Fry the Eggrolls:

Heat about 2 inches of oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the eggrolls for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain on a paper towel.
Serve and Enjoy:

Serve hot with a side of ranch dressing, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce!
