Garlic Parmesan Fries

Ingredients

3 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions

Prep the Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain, rinse, and pat dry.

Season and Toss: In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

Bake: Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Add the Good Stuff: While hot, sprinkle the fries with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Toss gently to coat.

Serve: Pair with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
