Easy Baked Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
6 slices of bacon or ham
6 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Muffin Tin:
Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin.
Line each cup with a slice of bacon or ham, forming a cup shape.
Add the Eggs:
Crack one egg into each bacon-lined cup.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes for runny yolks or longer for firmer eggs.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.
Serve warm with toast or fresh greens.
